Seizures/Epilepsy

The Health Services Department at Fabens ISD will take every necessary precaution to make sure that your child's medical needs are met.  If your child has an Epilepsy or a seizure disorder and takes medication and/or needs special accommodations in school, please take the "FISD Seizure Action Plan" to your child's medical provider and have them fill it out and sign.  You will also need to fill out the "Seizure History Parent Questionnaire" which will help us better understand your child's history.  Feel free to contact your school nurse for any questions or concerns.
