Seizures/Epilepsy

The Health Services Department at Fabens ISD will take every necessary precaution to make sure that your child's medical needs are met.  If your child has an Epilepsy or a seizure disorder and takes medication and/or needs special accommodations in school, please take the "tea seizure management form" to your child's medical provider and have them fill it out and sign. Return the signed form along with any emergency medication to your campus nurse before school starts or as soon as you become aware of your child's diagnosis. Feel free to contact your school nurse for any questions or concerns.
