Medications

The Health Services Department at Fabens ISD will make every necessary arrangement to make sure that your child's medical needs are met.  If your child will require medication during school hours please take the "El Paso County Medication Permit" or the "Medical Instructions for School Consent Form" listed below, to your child's medical provider to be filled out and signed.  You will need to bring the prescribed medication in its original pharmacy container.  Please make sure that the medication is not expired and that the pharmacy label is the same as the medication permit order.  For any questions or concerns please call your child's school nurse.
