The Health Services Department at Fabens ISD will take every necessary precaution to make sure that your child's Asthma needs are met. If your child has Asthma and takes medication and/or needs special accommodations, please take the "FISD Asthma Action Plan" to your child's medical provider and have them fill it out and sign. If your child will be allowed to carry their inhaler, you and your child will need to fill out and sign the "Asthma Self Management Agreement".
