The mission of Texas school nurses is to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students. By delivering evidence-based, culturally responsive care in collaboration with educators, families, and community partners, we advocate for each child’s physical and emotional health—empowering them to learn, thrive, and reach their full potential in a safe and supportive school environment.

It is the vision of the Fabens Independent School District Health Services Department to foster a healthy, safe, and inclusive school environment where every student can achieve their full educational potential through compassionate, evidence-based health care, advocacy, and education.
