Each TRS-ActiveCare plan has an SBC. These documents can be used to provide evidence of coverage as well as let participants know that these plans meet the minimum coverage requirements under the Affordable Care Act. They include coverage examples, which show what the plan covers and the participant’s cost share. There is a link in the document to a Glossary of health coverage medical terms.

The Summary of Benefits and Coverage documents are located on the home page of the TRS-ActiveCare website. The English versions are currently available. The Spanish versions will be available soon.
