District Improvement Team
In compliance with Education Code 11.251, the District shall establish a District-level committee to advise the Board or its designee in establishing and reviewing the District Improvement plan, to include the District's educational goals, performance objectives, and major District-wide classroom instructional programs.
The District Improvement Team (DIT) shall be composed of the following:
- Campus-Based Professional Staff
- Campus- Based Non-Professional Staff
- District Level Professional Staff
- Parents
- Business members

August 21, 2023: Final Needs Assessment, Revising of Goals, Performance Objective and Strategies, ESSER III Spending Plan, Safe Return to Learn Plan
October 16, 2023: Drop Out Prevention Plan, 24-25 Academic Calendar Feedback, Finalize District Improvement Plan for 23-24 School Year
November 17, 2023: 1st Formative Review of Improvement Plan, Review State Accountability Ratings
February 12, 2024: Review proposals for 24-25 Academic Calendar,
