To enroll a student in a Fabens ISD school, a parent or legal guardian must accompany all students under the age of 18 to the school and provide the following documents:

• Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card
• Proof of Residence (Gas/Electric Bill)
• Immunization Card
• Copy of Report Card or Withdrawal Form
• Notarized Letter of Legal Guardianship if Not Living With Parents.
